National Dental Advisors, a national marketing company focused on being the leader in dental health insurance for seniors, has multiple immediate openings for Senior Advisors. We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to be part of a select licensed sales team delivering highly personalized dental health protection solutions to senior Americans. Paid licensing training will be provided for those without a license. Further opportunities will be available as the organization expands next fall to offer Medicare and prescription drug solutions to best meet the needs of seniors. Candidates should be highly motivated, well-spoken, outgoing, and caring. Full-time and part-time (flex schedule) positions open. There is no cold calling in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound phone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner

• Provide expert advice to potential customers on product offerings to match their needs

• Close sales on inbound inquiries

• Close sales on leads transferred by Associate Advisors from outbound calls

• Respond to client inquiries and help them solve problems

• Provide a great experience with every customer interaction

• Make outbound calls to follow-up with interested prospective customers and close sales

Job Qualifications:

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills. Communicate on the telephone in a manner that is confidence inspiring.

• Have strong sales skills and an ability to effectively use questioning and closing techniques.

• Able to clearly convey a value proposition and sincere interest in guiding product selection.

• Able to manage and overcome customer objections.

• Eager to learn and help educate others.

• Computer savvy. Able to accurately and quickly enter data.

• Self-motivated, assertive, enthusiastic, organized, and detail oriented.

• Act with honesty and integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Five years of work experience or more in a Sales, Insurance, Financial Services, Health care, related field, or equivalent.

• Hold, in good standing, a New York State Life, Accident and Health Insurance license or a Health only license strong plus, but not required.

• Possess a desire to help seniors understand their dental health issues and insurance options.

Compensation: base salary and sales incentive. We offer a competitive benefits package to meet the needs of our employees after 90 days of full-time employment. Location: New Rochelle, NY. The office is less than 5 minutes from Exit 16 of Interstate 95. It is next to the Metro-North/Amtrak Train Station; 30 minutes from Grand Central Station.
